Welcome to beQE — a space I’ve created for people like you (and like me), who believe that quality matters and want to build something better for tomorrow.

My Story

I’ve been in the world of testing and quality for about 20 years. I’ve seen projects succeed beautifully. I’ve also seen others fall apart for reasons we should have caught earlier or perhaps chose to ignore.

Along the way, I’ve worked in teams of various sizes, across different domains, through product launches and organizational transformations. I’ve trained people, led change, and asked myself hundreds of times:

“What actually makes a team deliver high-quality software?”

Spoiler: it’s not just test cases or automation. It’s not a tool.

It’s a mindset.

That’s what led me to Quality Engineering — not just as a role or title, but as a way of thinking, working, and growing.

So, What is BeQE?

BeQE stands for Become a Quality Engineering Professional.

But it’s more than just a name — it’s an invitation.

I created this space to:

• Share what I’ve learned

• Reflect on what I’m still figuring out

• Offer practical ideas that teams can actually use

• And, hopefully, help others accelerate their own growth

I believe we don’t need to wait for the perfect idea, title, or system to start. We can begin small, experiment, gather feedback, and improve. Just like we encourage our teams to do.

Why Quality Engineering Matters

Quality Engineering brings together:

• Testing as a continuous activity, not a final phase

• Automation that supports delivery instead of slowing it down

• Collaboration across roles and mindsets

• Continuous improvement based on learning, reflection, and courage

But more than anything, it’s about the belief that we can do better — and that quality is everyone’s responsibility.

That’s what beQE is here for.

What Comes Next?

For now, this blog will be my base for:

• Sharing articles, lessons, frameworks, and stories

• Exploring modern quality practices

• And maybe, in time, building a small community of people who care about getting things right

I’ll also be adding content on topics like coaching, mindset shifts, team dynamics, and how real change actually happens.
