Launching Holistic Testing Trainings on beQE.pro

Over the years, while exploring Quality Engineering and what it truly means to be a quality engineer, I spent a lot of time learning - from conferences, practitioners, articles, and online materials. I wasn’t just looking for techniques or tools; I was looking for a way of thinking that helps teams build quality into products, not inspect it at the end.
That search led me to Holistic Testing.

What I immediately liked about Holistic Testing is its mindset. It doesn’t position quality as something owned by QA alone. Instead, it looks at quality as a shared responsibility across the whole development system - product, development, testing, leadership, and ways of working.
At the same time, I noticed something important: While the ideas resonated strongly with me, not many teams were actively working this way.
From learning to practicing
Rather than stopping at theory, I started introducing and applying Holistic Testing principles in my workplace and teams I work with. This journey is still ongoing - change takes time - but the impact has been clear.
Most of the QA's in my team have now gone through Holistic Testing training, and the feedback has been very encouraging:
clearer understanding of their role beyond test execution
better collaboration with developers and product people
more confidence in addressing quality at system level
Seeing this shift confirmed something I strongly believe in:
Holistic Testing is a powerful enabler for Quality Engineering in real teams
Why this matters to me personally
Years ago, I facilitated ISTQB trainings, and I genuinely enjoyed helping people grow their knowledge, skills, and confidence. That experience stayed with me.
As our industry evolves, I believe Holistic Testing represents a big step forward - not just for QA's, but for development teams as a whole. It helps teams:
think beyond roles and silos
focus on learning and improvement
make better decisions about risk, value, and quality
That’s why this moment feels important to me.
Opening Holistic Testing trainings to a wider audience
I’m very happy to share that I’m now launching Holistic Testing trainings on beQE.
This allows me to offer the trainings in two ways:
Open in‑person trainings on specific dates. These are on‑site sessions open to individuals and teams. You can find upcoming offerings and details on beQE.pro
Dedicated trainings for organizations and development teams helps to develop a common understanding of Holistic Testing principles, openly discuss current challenges in their own context and collaboratively identify practical improvement opportunities
My goal is simple:
Raise competence and skill level in the development sector across the region, one team at a time
