1. Scope of Service

beQE provides professional training services, including (but not limited to) Holistic Testing trainings, delivered in in‑person and/or online formats.

Each training description specifies:

  • Training topic and learning objectives

  • Duration and format

  • Included materials (e.g. slides, learning resources, certificate of participation)

2. Application & Participation Confirmation

  • Submitting an application or registering interest does not guarantee participation.

  • A training is considered confirmed only when:

    • The minimum required number of participants is reached

    • The participant has fully paid the issued invoice

  • beQE reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training if the minimum group size is not reached.

If a training is not confirmed, all paid amounts will be fully refunded.

3. Pricing & Early‑Bird Conditions

  • Trainings may be offered with Early‑Bird pricing for a limited number of participants.

  • Early‑Bird pricing:

    • Is valid only within the specified period

    • Requires payment by the invoice due date

  • Once the training is confirmed, regular pricing applies to all new registrations.

All prices are shown excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

  • An invoice is issued once a participant is invited to confirm participation.

  • Payment deadlines are stated on the invoice (typically 7–10 calendar days).

  • A spot in the training is secured only after full payment.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, beQE reserves the right to release the spot.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
5.1 Training Cancellation by beQE

  • If beQE cancels a confirmed training, participants receive:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer payment to a future training date

5.2 Cancellation by Participant

  • 28 or more days before training start → Full refund or free rebooking to another date

  • 14 to 28 days before training start → no refund, rebooking to another date for 25% of the course price

  • Less than 14 days before training start → no refund, rebooking to another date for 50% of the course price

  • Participant may transfer their spot to another person at no additional cost (upon prior notice to beQE).

Non‑attendance without prior cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

6. Changes to Training

beQE reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:

  • Agenda

  • Schedule

  • Trainer

Such changes will not materially affect the learning objectives of the training.
If major changes are required (e.g. date change), participants will be informed and offered a refund or alternative date.

7. Membership and Members‑Only Access

Training participants may be granted access to a members‑only area of the beQE website.

Membership access may include:

  • Training materials and resources

  • Training‑related updates

  • Educational content and benefits available only to registered members

Membership access is provided as part of the training service.
Participants may request account removal at any time by contacting beQE.

beQE reserves the right to modify or discontinue members‑only content.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials are the intellectual property of beQE or its partners.

  • Materials are provided for personal, non‑commercial use only.

  • Recording, copying, or redistribution without written permission is not allowed.

9. Liability Limitation

  • beQE is responsible for delivering the training as described.

  • beQE is not responsible for:

    • How participants apply the training content in their work

    • Business decisions or outcomes resulting from the training

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR regulations.
Details are described in beQE’s Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Any disputes shall be subject to Latvian jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a training and/or paying the invoice, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
