Empowering people is at the heart of everything I do. I support and coach a team of 13 skilled quality engineers, helping them grow, thrive, and deliver value in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. I believe in the power of Holistic Testing — integrating quality practices throughout the development lifecycle — and combine this mindset with DevOps and Agile principles to build efficient, resilient, and quality-driven systems.

As a certified Holistic Testing Trainer, I offer hands-on training and tailored workshops to help development teams:

I actively participate in the global testing and quality engineering community by regularly attending conferences such as Agile Testing Days, Nordic Testing Days, and TAPOST. These events keep me connected with the latest trends, practices, and innovations in the field. I genuinely enjoy engaging with QA professionals and industry experts—discussing current trends, exchanging experiences, and learning from diverse perspectives. I believe in continuous learning and growth, and I’m always eager to explore new approaches and apply them in my work context to help teams improve their quality practices in a practical and meaningful way.

Projects and Achievements:

  • QA SME - Managed Quality Assurance in the Testing Centre of Excellence

  • Ways of Work - Started and led the Testing chapter in Agile setup in Luminor

  • Luminor project merging DNB and Nordea banks in Baltics - Acted as Test Manager for projects from the ex-DNB bank side

  • EURO implementation - Served as Test Manager and member of the management team for the EURO conversion project.
